She added that the Institute has a package for all categories of workers who desire to sharpen their leadership skills to improve productivity.
Mrs. Jackson assured students that they won’t add up to numbers of unemployed graduates after completing JIIL because they will be trained to start something on their own even when they don’t get employment from any establishment after school.
‘With the state of the art facilities as well as tried and tested lecturers, the Jackson Institute of Innovation and Leadership is the school of choice for students, business executives and workers seeking to upgrade themselves’, she added.
The partnership with the IIE, South Africa’s biggest education provider, she believes, students will benefit from a comprehensive developmental student support system and the provision of learning opportunities that meet the diverse needs of the student population.
She concluded that students will have a feel of industry experts who will engage them in public lectures and seminars to bridge the gap between industry and academia.
